Duties & Responsibilities : :

​

Graphic Designs

(Prepare visual presentations by designing art and layouts)

​

Think creatively and  develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.

Plans concept by studying information and materials.

Prepare rapid sketches and presenting ideas.

Amend final designs to owner / clients comments and gain full approval.

Completions of the project by using a wide range of media and graphic design software.

​

Interior and Exterior Designs

(Conducting ocular visits and inspections; preparing reports and calculations)

​

Undertake design project from concept, architectural drawings and models.

Prepares layouts for printing by marking-up for blue prints and finishing layouts.

Work closely with architects, engineers and contractors.

Evaluating and re-designing processes, commentary and requests implementing changes.

Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and  set costs according to budget.

Receive complaints and resolve problems.

Supervise work progress and set goals for performance and deadlines.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting Computer, Wifi, CCTV

(Maintains Network connectivity and Monitoring Securities)

​

Install and configure software and hardware (printers, operating system and programs)

Maintains security files by receiving, processing and filing computer security documents.

Provides additional information by surfing, collecting and summarizing data and trends.

Monitors access and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Keeping up to date with emerging technologies.

 

Supervisory

(Supervising carpenters, staff and organizing and monitoring work process)

​

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules for projects.

Oversee and coach employees.

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements specially in constructions.

Control expenses by gathering and submitting budget information.
